How well do you know your body? It is not uncommon for most to be unable to successfully name and successfully locate the internal organs in ones own body, let alone knowing and exploring the possibility of their blood type.
Your blood is a reflection of your internal alchemy and chemistry. This determines the way in which you do and do not absorb nutrients. This is beneficial in knowing what fuel is absorbed fully, what exercise requirements your body benefits from and the outcomes and foundations of stress and emotional imbalances.
Day 1 – Saturday 29th November 2014: 12-4pm
You will be doing simple, clean and quick self blood testing which can be done individually. The test is accurate and will detect the common blood grouping system A,B,O,AB and Rhesus(D) which covers the vast majority of the population. Unusual blood groups or rare sub-types will not be detected by this method. Further investigation by a blood laboratory will be necessary to identify such groups.
We will then discuss the concepts of blood type nutrition, its benefits, foundations and how todays global food market effects its outcomes.
Day 2 – Sunday 30th November 2014: 12-4pm
Will be an in-depth focus on the individual blood types covering beneficial, neutral and types of fuel to be avoided to better health holistically. This day will also focus on the weakness of the blood, including diseases and illness associated with individual types.
