Join us for a fabulous route, glorious woodland, stunning valleys and awesome waterfalls, with the chance to walk behind the astonishing Sgwd yr Eira waterfall.
The route is 15 km and will take about 7 hours to complete which includes breaks for eating/drinking/chats/reflections and photography.
Our guide for the day will be Baber who is an experienced walker. He’s a regular visitor to the Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia and Lake District.
We are also very pleased to announce that Dr. Michelle Patrick will also be joining us. She is a specialist in herbal medicine, nutrition and naturopathy – a highly sought after clinician and lecturer. She will introduce us to the flora during the course of the day and the health benefits of natural remedies. She is well travelled and it would be a good opportunity to ask her about nutrition, culture and spirituality.
